Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before specifying ROKONMA rollers and idlers for your line.

Every ROKONMA roller is built to spec — to your belt width, tonnage, diameter, shaft configuration and operating environment. We do not sell generic off-the-shelf rollers; each order is engineered for your application.
Lead time depends on quantity, specification and finish. With production capacity of around 2,500 rollers per day, we offer fast turnaround for both small batches and high-volume projects. Share your requirement and our sales team will confirm a lead time with your quotation.
Our operations support both small-batch and high-volume production. Whether you need a handful of replacement rollers or a full conveyor's worth of idler sets, we can help — contact sales to discuss your quantity.
Our rollers and idlers are built to international standards including JIS B 8803, DIN 22112-2/3, CEMA and Australian standards, with ISO1940-G16 dynamic balancing where required. We hold SIRIM QAS product certification and our test laboratory was built with SIRIM to DIN 22112-3.
